Refund Policy

Defensive Elements Refund Policy:

 

Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before Class:

Students who cancel their enrollment more than 30 days before the scheduled start date of the class are entitled to a full refund of their tuition fees or can transfer their enrollment to another class without any additional charges.

Cancellation Less Than 30 Days Before Class:

Students who cancel their enrollment less than 30 days before the scheduled start date of the class will receive a refund of 50% of their tuition fees or deposit. The remaining 50% of their fees or deposit can be applied as a credit towards enrollment in another class. The credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

Class Cancellations:

If the class is canceled for any reason, all students who have enrolled in that class will receive a full refund of their tuition fees or can transfer their enrollment to another class without any additional charges.

Class Participation Policy:

All students are required to attend the morning safety brief. Failure to attend the safety brief will result in the student being unable to participate in the class. No refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.
